She has had classical culinary training as well as building up her skills working in one to five star restaurants and resorts. Mackeisha is well versed in Italian, French, Japanese, Caribbean, German, Thai, Mediterranean and fusion cuisine. She has worked with multiple organizations in Phoenix, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, she prides herself in quality,presentation, flavorful and diverse cuisine. Mackeisha is an advocate for farm to table cuisine and utilizing the local community farm fresh food, in order to not only bring her clientele high quality products but to support the local farming community. Chef Mackeisha has been offering aviation catering services throughout the Arizona valley since 2020. She prides herself in presenting top notch services to all her clients, whether they are in the aviation industry, a celebrity or your every day person.
